Policies and Procedures
Scheduling: Only homeowners or property managers may schedule service appointments. This ensures we have the authority to perform work and approve repairs.
Presence During Service: An adult (18+) who is a decision-maker must be present for the appointment. This allows us to discuss repairs, approve work, and ensure clear communication.
No Work in Rain: For the safety of our technicians and to prevent damage to your property or equipment, outdoor HVAC work will not be performed during rain or severe weather.
Pets: All dogs and other pets must be secured or put away, regardless of size or temperament, to maintain a safe work environment.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service.
Appointments & Payment: Please be ready during your scheduled service window. Payment is due upon completion; we accept cash, credit, and approved financing options.
Warranty & Quality: We stand behind our work. All repairs come with a workmanship guarantee, in addition to any manufacturer warranties.
Exclusive Service & Diagnostics: We do not accept diagnostics or repair assessments from other companies. Each customer must go through our technicians for the full service, as we stand behind our work and guarantee the quality of all repairs and installations.

Real Estate Transactions
All Real Estate transactions must be booked by licensed Real Estate Agent or designated transaction coordinator.
Agents must arrange access to property to preform chosen services.
Agents must provide client information and relevant Real Estate transaction details otherwise no service can be booked. Ex/ Due diligence or closing date.
No clients can book services unless they have legal rights to home.
Agents can act on behalf their client(s) however, are still responsible for payment if client fails to pay.
If clients other than that of the homeowner are to be on site during inspection, repairs, or any other services. Representing Real Estate Agent must be onsite with clients.
If Agent cannot be at worksite no other clients other than homeowners can be onsite.
Property Managers
We are not accepting any new property managers at this time
After Hours & Weekend Service
If service is requested after 5pm or on weekends an additional 50$ fee is added to regular service fee such as a diagnostic, fees are applied per unit.
